- We ship worldwide using DHL and FedEx, except for Velokraft racing recumbents (only sold within Asia). Buyers are responsible for any import duties, tariffs, or taxes at their port of entry. Bikes and Trikes must be picked up within HK; though we will ship a recumbent outside of Hong Kong upon special request.
- Rentals
- Bring proper identification (HKID or passport) and a credit card for rental deposit. We will perform inspections before and after the bike is returned to the shop.
- Returns & Replacements
- Un-used items can be returned within 7 days to our retail shop for store credit. Replacements for defective parts can be made within the warranty period, but there might be delays for re-ordering specialized parts.
- Ordering
- For non-custom items, please place your order via the online store. For any customized recumbents with upgrades, please email us and we can discuss which options/upgrades are most suitable for your requirements. Please note that customized recumbents can take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payment is through Paypal Direct & Paypal Pro and we accept all major credit cards and Paypal payments. Promotional items can only be returned for store credit. Pricing is flexible and is dependent on current exchange rates for the Euro and the AUD.
- Viewing Orders
- Please login to your account to view past orders. If necessary, send us an email and we will reply when we have located your past orders.
- Custom Orders
- Please allow 4-6 weeks for production depending on item and time of year. Email for detailed times and customization options.
